Good

Private villas are very nice for a couple’s getaway. The private pool was a nice touch as well! The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting us taxis and making/adjusting reservations. The spa was amazing - we got two treatments during our stay here

The rooms are quite dated (particularly the bathroom) and the grout in the tub/pool is quite dirty. the rooms themselves were clean though. The restaurant food was quite limited for vegetarians. You really do require a taxi to get around from this hotel - the pathway is not very accessible and closes at 6. It is also a long path to get to the beach, especially in the Phuket heat.

Stunning, peaceful, beautiful heavenly place

Location, quiet, privacy, peaceful around the pool, lack of kids and babies, excessive amount of fission tourists

Not much, check out was a bit complicated but otherwise loved it

Relaxing and very beautiful.

The quietness and private plunge pool was gorgeous. It was a lovely retreat like resort. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Great views from the restaurant and the villas and just a five minute walk down to the beach.

After 6pm you couldn’t walk into Karon via the pathway and so have to take a tuk tuk. It would be great to have regular shuttles into Karon as an option. Also the housekeeping was done very late in the day instead of in the morning which was a bit frustrating.

Beautiful hotel grounds with amazing views but location can be tricky.

Friendly staff, beautiful views and delicious breakfast.

The location on the cliff makes it hard to get to the beach (you can rely on a shuttle at limited times or walk down a jungle path for 10mins, which is not ideal if you are not fit). The gate for the path closes at 6pm so the only way back is via taxi or Tuk tuk. We found it to be a bit too far away from all the shops and restaurants

A very steep site. Villas spread over cliff side. Walking between accommodation and Lobby/restaurant/pool was tiring in the heat. Used the shuttle more than we expected!

Very Good

The private pool villa comes with a surprisingly large and clean pool and additional private outdoor space to relax and enjoy (two sun loungers plus parasol, two chairs and small table). The view from our villa was fantastic, which may be the luck of the draw because we noticed other pool villas were situated closer to the spa building. The staff are very friendly and always do their best even with language barriers. Housekeeping came daily on a reliable schedule and would also return at a later time if the initial visit was not at the right moment. They would also be willing to provide additional clean towels on request. Great water pressure in the shower. Handy to have the public pathway to the beach. Although I did not use the hotel pool, it looked very clean, calm, and inviting from what I could see.

The hotel is perhaps a little bit dated and this can be seen in some spots, but generally it is in good shape for a 4 star property in Thailand. For example, the room finishes are quite basic and the terrace lounge chairs had seen better times. The reception area as well as the Cliff restaurant were not very inviting and lacked some ambiance however the meal I had there was good.

Good

The staff was really lovely! Access to the beach is easy and the beach is really beautiful with clean, white sand and not too many people on the side where the hotel is located. The view from the rooms was also very nice!

We did not swim in the pool as it did not seem very clean, the water was not transparent despite a pump having been added next to it. Some of the aircons are old and very noisy so when walking around the hotel it can get a bit disturbing, some are also just next to the pool which does not make for a relaxing nap. The beach access is only open until 6pm as no lights have been installed to light up the path but that gets a bit annoying as it means you then need to walk 30mins through the main road which is quite dangerous or get a taxi when the beach is really just 5mins walk when using the path.

Stunning view, very friendly staff, food at restaurant excellent, comfortable room and huge balcony.

toilet should have that little sprayer to avoid using paper. not the Hotel's responsibility but: Management should ask some officials to clean up the walkway down to the beach

Privacy, comfort facilities in a room and very pleasant stuff.

View not good because off tall trees and liana. From our villa (ordered with view) we almost not seen a sea. But all the day we wasn’t at home so it’s wasn’t critical.

Perfect getaway holiday!

The view and the gardens are stunning, the beach is a 10 minute walk but once reached miles of golden sand and perfect warm sea.

Not suitable for anyone with disabilities lots of steps, 10 minute walk to beach down a long winding path, again with lots of steps. Hotel runs gold carts to and from reception to rooms.

Great villas in good quiet location

Good private villas. Friendly stuff and next to Karon beach so that You can walk to the beach. Very beautiful pool area as well. As the location is so good and we liked the houses we will go back for sure!

The restaurant is awful! Pizza that we ordered was like frozen stone or something. Couldn't eat that. They should check the photo that is in their advertising on the table and then the pizza they offer. But I think the local food in hotel couldn´t be better. All other foods we had outside of the hotel and enjoyed lot's of good thai food.
